This course consists of two parts:
1) The Nutrition and ADHD learning module which consists of a recorded lecture with embedded video, poll, and quizzes. This is worth 2 CPEUs and sold separately if you are only interested in gaining knowledge (not experience).
This course contains 1 poll, 6 small quizzes (that you can retake until you pass with an 80%), and 1 video. The course materials include a workbook, a copy of the slides, two handouts, and a reference sheet.
2) The Planning an Elimination Diet for Patients with ADHD assignment. This consists of an self-paced assignment in which you apply the principles of a well-known elimination diet, used to treat ADHD, to your diet. Each of the learning objectives below are assessed within the assignment.
Once you have purchased access, you will be able to download the pdf version of the assignment along with fill-in forms to complete. You will type on the assignment, save it, and upload it when you are done. The assignment will be manually graded and upon passing, you will receive notification and a certificate of completion.
